After several successful years as an originator for one of the country’s top Mortgage Lenders I made the transition to Real Estate full time. Over the past several years I have cultivated a few unique talents that have allowed me to carve out a very rewarding niche market for myself. My history in Property Management and Mortgage Lending prepared me very well to become someone who specializes in liquidation of Bank Foreclosed Property. I specialize in this area along with investment real estate, however, a large part of my business is also done by referral. I really enjoy helping young people (like myself) buy and sell their first home. It is a unique and gratifying experience that helps me enjoy every day I spend in this business.
