 High Pointe Homes LLC was started by Jeffrey J. Pitts and Willie Harden in 2001 to service the growing need in the Hardin County Area for Quality Affordable New Homes. High Pointe Homes has developed 3 Subdivisions and primarily constructs homes that bracket the median sales price for the area. By doing this High Pointe Homes has remained a viable productive company since its inception. High Pointe Homes average closing 18 new homes a year and is primarily working in its Sandy Springs development.
 Sandy Springs is a merged use addition in the Elizabethtown City School District across from the Community College. It features Single Family Home Lots and Patio Homes. This development is highly restricted and is one of a kind for our area. The neighborhood association fee is a modest $40 per month. The streets are City maintained reducing the association’s long term liability… another unique feature for developments in our Area and the reason for the modest assessment.
